OffsiteBackups.com offers its customers three different methods for storing and archiving their data. Customers can choose any combination of the three methods based on their data retrieval and budgetary needs. Most importantly, no matter what combination of storage methods is used, OffsiteBackups.com customers can relax knowing that their data is safe and secure.

What is Offline Data Storage?
Using the Online data storage system, customers can backup any amount of data they need to. Customers can safely store and easily retrieve megabytes, gigabytes or terabytes worth of data.

The technology used is the same as for the online data, allowing archival to be managed through the local Client. Once the software is configured by the user, archival can be automated based on a user-defined schedule.

Data is compressed and encrypted for security purposes on the local machine before it is transmitted to the OffsiteBackups.com secure, raised-floor data center. The data is stored on a NAS disk system with RAID protection and is accessible by the user at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The end user controls their data restores through a web portal. The restore process allows the end user to index the restorable images for easier management. Unlimited generations of data can be maintained through user-defined data retention policies.

As with all OffsiteBackups.com services, 24 X 7 customer support is available just in case it's needed!
